How do you please your Mother

Hello Lovely People,
It's your homeboy 'Mama's Boy' aka Nikhil here.

It's my Mom's 53rd ๐ŸŽ‚ Birthday today and I'll do everything to make it special and memorable one. Cake and Balloons are on it's way. Let's see what more can I manage with my limited brains.

However, this Blog isn't about just my เค†เคˆ, it's about our Moms. So many people have written so much about Mothers and it all makes absolute sense. If you have your Mom, trust me you have everything else covered. Give it a Try, in any crisis just think that come what may, you have your Mom at home and see the problem is half vanished. There is only one person in this world that will never let you down and that's your Mother.

Your Father often get's that deserving respect, may be because he earns. What about Mother? A 24x7 thankless, penniless job in which ironically the work gets doubled on weekends. No gratuity, no PF, and no retirement either. Btw, stop calling her House-Wife, Home-Maker that's what she is. I heard Management lessons were given by our Mumbai Dabbawala's. I'm waiting when are our Home-Makers invited to teach their unmatchable managerial skills. Skills about not just managing time, money and efforts but our fuss, anger and stupidity too.

When it's only fair to stay indebted, what's that 'something' that we can do for her? First and foremost, wear a smile on your face always. That's the biggest gift you can give and that's all what she asks. Try and cook for her on the weekends, at least manage a cuppa. Get her name embossed on your house's nameplate. Buy her that favorite Kanjivaram, Paithani etc. and do not forget to praise her beauty in public. Ask her to take forced leaves by making her travel the world. Red Roses and Resto Dates are not just for your partner, that wrinkled face deserves a smile too. If she understood your silence as an infant, you must understand her fumbling lips too.

Least we can do is respect each and every Mother in the word. Readers, if you want to do something for your Mum, please do it NOW. Till we have our Mom, we don't value her enough, once she won't be with us, we won't value anything. Done reading? Go and give your Mother a tight hug, right now ๐Ÿ‘ช
